Academy Awards Night at The Lyric!

Join us for a celebration of the best movies of 2023 and all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood as we stream the Academy Awards Ceremony on the Lyric's screen.

Doors open at 6:00pm for all the Red Carpet action and the paparazzi will be on hand. Attendees are encouraged to dress their best. Prizes will be given for Most Glamorous, Best Movie Costume, and Best Group Costumes. Volunteer Awards will be presented at 6:30pm and Contest entrants will be judged by our local celebrity panel at 6:45pm, so be sure to arrive early to enjoy all the festivities! We'll all enjoy watching the Academy Awards together beginning at 7:00pm and additional awards will be presented to attendees throughout the evening, hosted by our very own emcee, Joelle Shenk!

Admission is $30 general admission (students $18) covers a light buffet and refreshment ticket that may be used toward champagne or bar offering (21+) or a non-alcoholic drink at concessions.

For extra fun, The Simmons Law Firm is sponsoring an Oscar Ballot with a grand prize of up to $500! Ballots can be picked up at the Lyric Theatre now through March 10th!
